Overall construction at the new Keefer Crossing Middle School is 86 percent complete. The exterior masonry is 95 percent complete. The rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is 98 percent complete. The mechanical finish is 55 percent complete. The electrical finish is 40 percent complete. The plumbing is 40 percent complete. The drywall is 90 percent complete. The ceramic tile is 85 percent complete. The paint is 70 percent complete and the ceiling grid is 65 percent complete. The athletics facilities are 85 percent complete.

The site work at the Comprehensive High School #3 includes storm drainage which is 95 percent complete. The sanitary sewer is 85 percent complete. The electrical is 98 percent complete and the water is 90 percent complete. The concrete slab on the building is 85 percent complete. The form and pour tilt-up panels are 95 percent complete. The erect panels are 80 percent complete and the structural steel is five percent complete.
