New Keefer Crossing MS and Comprehensive HS #3 April Update

Overall construction at the new Keefer Crossing Middle School campus is 83 percent complete. The parking lot is 99 percent complete. The exterior masonry is 88 percent complete. The rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing is 95 percent complete. The mechanical finish is 40 percent complete, electrical finish is 30 percent complete, and finish plumbing is 20 percent complete. The drywall is 85 percent complete, ceramic tile is 75 percent complete, paint is 60 percent complete, and ceiling grids are 50 percent complete. The athletic facilities are 75 percent complete. At the Comprehensive High School #3 site, the concrete slab for the main building is 65 percent complete. The storm drainage is 90 percent complete, sanitary sewer is 65 percent complete, and concrete tilt-up panels are 55 percent complete. Watch the updated drone footage video below.
