All underground utilities for the building are in place. Paving started March 21 and is ongoing for the front driveways and parking area. The slab pouring for the campus was scheduled for this month. The HVAC chillers, generator, and other long lead time items have been ordered. The house on East Hammond was demolished so that drive is near completion in preparation for paving.
