Woodridge Forest MS Addition Enters Final Stages of Construction

The Woodridge Forest Middle School addition has entered the final stages of construction. The project is 99 percent complete with the contractor finishing up the punch list. Furniture, fixtures and equipment has been ordered and is expected to be delivered in June.

Keefer Crossing Middle School construction is on schedule and 16 percent complete. Most of the underground drainage system is complete along with 50 percent of the parking lot. The foundation is 40 percent complete allowing the erection of the structural steel to start.

New Caney ISD received six proposals from general contractors on April 7, 2020 for construction of the Comprehensive High School #3. The District is in the process of reviewing the contractors’ proposals and a recommendation is expected to be submitted to the Board of Trustees in May 2020. Campus construction would start in June.
