October 17, 2017 - Lockwood, Andrews, and Newman, Inc. (LAN) presented a summary of their work to the Board of Trustees at its regular monthly meeting, Oct. 16. LAN has completed its facilities assessment, covering more than 2.1 million square feet and 44 of the district's current facilities. LAN also summarized the completion of a set of design standards, developed to account for student capacity, safety and security, technology, enrollment growth, and academic programs. With the completion of the design standards and facilities assessment, the district will begin a long range planning process focusing on the condition of current facilities, academic programs, and student enrollment growth.
