Woodridge Forest Middle School Expansion Nears Completion

Construction is nearly complete at Woodridge Forest Middle School, while progress continues with the new Keefer Crossing Middle School campus and comprehensive high school #3.

The Woodridge Forest MS addition construction is 80-percent complete overall with exterior work at 95 percent complete and interior work at 90 percent complete. The interior finishes are complete except the flooring and ceiling tile. The HVAC, electrical and plumbing are 95 percent complete. The project is on schedule for completion May 2020 and for furniture to be delivered in June 2020.

Keefer Crossing MS construction is slightly behind schedule due to the inclement weather but will not affect the final completion date. The grading work is 90 percent complete, underground storm piping 20 percent complete, structural concrete piers at the main building 98 percent complete with piers at the field house in progress. The perimeter grade beams are at 10 percent completion.

Design for the comprehensive high school #3 is complete. The project will be out for proposal in March 2020.
