Woodridge Forest Middle School Expansion Progressing on Schedule

Construction projects are moving forward at Woodridge Forest Middle School, Keefer Crossing Middle School, and the new comprehensive high school #3.

Construction at Woodridge Forest Middle School is 65 percent complete. The exterior masonry is 98 percent complete and the window installation is 75 percent complete. The interior work that includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering is 85 percent complete. The gypsum board installation is 90 percent complete, painting is 30 percent complete, and the ceiling is 15 percent complete.



Keefer Crossing Middle School construction is in its early stages but construction has begun. The site grading is 50 percent complete and the building pad is 40 percent complete.



The NCISD Transportation Department expansion is finished. A new entrance was added to the facility from Antique Lane along with more parking for school buses.



The new comprehensive high school #3 design is 95 percent complete. Construction is scheduled to go out for bid in February 2020.
